Sales Policy

Please read through the entirety of this before you ask about a rabbit, if you have any further questions, please let me know.  

Everything here is enforced, unless I state otherwise via private message:

1. We are a closed rabbitry, which means that we will not be allowing the public to come onto our property.

2. A 50% none refundable deposit is REQUIRED to place a hold on a rabbit.

3. Our rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave our care.  Once the animal is in your possession the sale is final and we are not responsible for any expenses or problems that arise.

4. We check the sex of the bunny while it is in our care but it is the buyers responsibility to make sure it is what they want.

5. We do not guarantee success showing or breeding the rabbits.

6. We will NOT sell any rabbits under the age of 8 weeks.

7. Rabbits will only be held past the date given for pick up if prior arrangements have been established. (Additional fee will be asked).

8. When scheduling pick up, confirmation of time and place is necessary. I will not be continuously messaging to schedule or confirm pick up.

9. Rabbits will be relisted for sale if not picked up on scheduled date and time and no communication is made by the buyer.

10. If no response is received regarding pick up within a timely manner, rabbit will be relisted for sale.

11. Buyers must be 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent.

12. Customers who back out repeatedly will not be allowed to purchase any other animals from us.

13. I hold the right to cancel a hold/purchase if I see fit without explanation, in the case that this occurs I will offer a full refund of your deposit.
